A Study On The Management Of Scholarships For International Students In China

The University Foreign Students Scholarship Program is designed by the Chinese government, Chinese universities, and a variety of Chinese enterprises, to promote the exchange and cooperation of the Chinese people with countries around the world. This is an important measure for the government and universities to attract, encourage, and recognize outstanding students, who are then provided with funding and detailed evaluation. The program is the design and assessment standard. Proper publicity, the adoption of standard research procedures, and an effective implementation process, will improve the efficiency of this program.This paper uses the Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical Institute as a model to probe into management problems of the International Students Scholarship Program in colleges and universities in China. The discussions here in will include; the incomprehension of the present system design, and the lack of adequate publicity. In addition, this paper will address the need for a process, which will enable a proper evaluation standard. At the present time this is unknown. A clear concept of this process with time allocation will also be recommended. Moreover, this paper will recommend some countermeasures and suggestions for anticipated problems in the current survey. To improve systematic protection of the scholarship program, recommendations will be made for the strengthening of propaganda, and the optimization of the system design. The review process of the student scholarship award will include the standardization of assessments, which will make them more conducive to monitoring. The net effect will be a much more open process, which will strengthen the spiritual incentives introduced between allocating the scholarship and the ensuing publicity. When we optimize the use of a scholarship and tracking survey, the entire scholarship process will be more effective.
