Recently,with the communication between the Chinese and the countries of the world,the education of Chinese as a foreign language in our country has also continued to grow.More and more countries have started the upsurge of learning Chinese.According to relevant data,there are currently more than a thousand schools in South Korea that have included Chinese in their school learning programs.Korean adolescent Chinese learners make up a large part of the Korean language learner community.However,the status quo of the current state-sponsored Chinese textbook published in China is not optimistic in South Korea.At present,elementary and middle schools in South Korea basically use indigenous textbooks in South Korea,seldom use Chinese textbooks written in China,and how to prepare Korean textbooks suitable for Korean students learning the "nationalization" teaching material has become a problem can't be ignored.Therefore,this article selects primary Chinese textbooks written by Chinese and Korean teenagers for Chinese language learners “Learn Chinese with Me"(Chinese publication,Korean version 1).The following are just "Learn Chinese with Me" and " Living Chinese"(published in Korea),starting from the four aspects of texts,exercises,culture,and teaching materials,and comparing them to find out their characteristics in order to provide some reference suggestions for compile country-specific Chinese textbooks of Korea.This paper is mainly divided into the following sections:Chapter 1,the introduction mainly introduces the basis for the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,the research status and methods.Chapter 2,we first introduced the basic situation of the two textbooks and the overall arrangement of the textbooks.Then we compared the texts,exercises,cultures and various language elements.Both textbooks use daily life as a background,and the texts are close to life.They are mainly based on mechanical exercises,complete with phonological knowledge,and a reasonable amount of words per lesson."Learn Chinese with Me" is a topic-based textbook with a large number of texts.Practice focuses on practicality and openness.Culture is interspersed with the texts;"Living Chinese" is a functional textbook.Texts are arranged according to the "listening,speaking,reading and writing" skills.Focusing on skills teaching,the balance of practice questions and the emphasis on interest,each lesson not only introduces a Chinese culture in a cultural column,but also focuses on the contrast between Chinese and Korean cultures.At the same time,"Learning Chinese with Me" focuses on phonetic spelling and Chinese character training.The amount of new words is moderate,and grammar is weakened.The "Living Chinese" focuses on grammar teaching,and the amount of new words is moderate.Chinese characters and speech training are not emphasized.By contrast,we also found that there are some areas for improvement in the arrangement of the two textbooks.Chapter 3,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the use of “Living Chinese” by students and on the selection of teaching materials by local Korean teachers.Chapter 4,according to the comparison results of the second chapter and the results of the third chapter of the questionnaire to propose relevant suggestions for the preparation of Korean national language textbooks.Chapter 5,summarizes this article and proposes shortcomings and expectations.
