Research On The Protection Of The Rights And Interests Of The Students' Post Internship In Higher Vocational Colleges

The internship is an important way for higher vocational education to cultivate high skilled talents,and also an important part of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.In April 18,2016,five departments such as the Ministry of Education issued "Regulations on student internship management in vocational schools",which has been re regulated for details of internships.This further illustrates that the state pays more attention to the implementation process of the post practice,and also pays more attention to the protection of the rights and interests of the students during the post internship.This study analyzed the protection of the rights and interests of the vocational college students during the post internship through literature study and questionnaire survey.This study mainly includes the following parts:The first part: theoretical research on rights and interests protection of students in Higher Vocational Colleges during internship,mainly including: necessity analysis of rights and interests protection for students in internships,characteristics of internships in Higher Vocational Colleges and specific contents of rights and interests protection during post practice.The second part: understand and analyze the rights and interests guarantee of higher vocational college students during internship,including student's labor rights and interests protection,work injury rights and interests protection,labor remuneration rights and interests protection,rest and vacation rights and interests protection,learning rights and interests protection and so on.Mainly through the way of questionnaire survey,some vocational colleges in Liaoning province are taken as an example to carry out field research.Among them,the data analysis of the questionnaire mainly from higher vocational colleges post practice preparation,students' cognitive level,cognitive level of teachers,to protect the interests of the content,the implementation of the five aspects of the analysis,and then explain the practice of the higher vocational colleges students' rights protection status.The third part: Based on the analysis of the questionnaire,combined with news internship protection case summed up at the policy level,the level of higher vocational colleges,practice unit level,students and society these five big problems,and puts forward its corresponding countermeasures.
