Research On The Protection Of Rights And Interests Of Students In Shandong Higher Vocational Colleges And Universities For Top-up Internship

In order to fully reflect the realistic integration of practical teaching and production labor,deepen the combination of engineering and school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode,and promote the high-quality and characteristic development of vocational education,higher vocational institutions are paying more and more attention to the development and promotion of the internship,and in the extensive practice of the internship,the issue of the protection of the rights and interests of the internship students has increasingly become the focus of attention.The damage to the rights and interests of the students of the internship has become more and more obvious,which seriously affects the orderly promotion of the education chain and the smooth realization of the education goal,and it is urgent to make adjustments and changes.This study takes the protection of the rights and interests of students in higher vocational colleges and universities as its theme.Based on the whole process of the internship,we examine the problems and reasons for the protection of the rights and interests of the internship students,and propose countermeasures for the protection of the rights and interests of the internship students from the practical level.The study is divided into the following parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the origin of the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,the review of domestic and foreign research trends,and the research ideas and methods.The second part is the theoretical overview of the whole text,which mainly defines the core concepts of top-up internship and top-up internship rights and interests protection,expands the understanding of higher vocational students’ education rights and interests and labor rights and interests during top-up internship,and elaborates the system theory,social equity theory and labor rights and interests theory,so as to provide theoretical support for the analysis of top-up internship rights and interests protection issues below.At the same time,the specific characteristics of the protection of the rights and interests of the top-job internship are analyzed,including the specificity of the subject of rights and interests,the specificity of the content of rights and interests,the non-accidental nature of the damage to the rights and interests,and the urgency of the measures to protect the rights and interests.In the third part,the author uses questionnaires and interviews to conduct a practical investigation,which mainly includes three aspects of the pre-preparation,process implementation and damage relief of the internship,and concludes that the pre-prevention measures are not sufficient,the process protection is not in place,the damage relief is difficult and other rights protection problems after data processing.In the fourth part,the causes of the above problems are discussed,and the author believes that there are four main aspects: biased cognition of the rights and interests of the internship,inadequate system of rights and interests protection,difficulty and complexity of rights and interests protection,and insufficient conditions of rights and interests protection.The last part proposes specific countermeasures for optimizing the protection of rights and interests of senior students in top-job internship in view of the existing problems,which mainly include paying attention to the preliminary preparation to prevent the hidden danger of rights and interests infringement,strengthening the process of protection to clarify the responsibility of the main body of implementation,broadening the relief channels to properly deal with disputes,and improving the conditions of rights protection to provide support for rights and interests protection.
