In recent years,the relevant national ministries and industry organizations have always put the professional graduate students' joint training grounds in a strategic position of key development.The full-time Master of Engineering Practice outside the school is the main site for full-time master's degree students in professional practice,and is an important carrier for the integration of production and education.However,according to existing research results,the construction of a full-time master's degree outside the school's practice base is not ideal.There are many problem.Therefore,it is necessary to study the construction of a full-time master's program outside the university.At present,the issue of how to build a full-time master's program outside the university's practice base deserves attention.This article first clarified the background of the topic,proposed research questions,combed the research status at home and abroad,and commented on it.Secondly,the main concept of the article is defined.The key point is to introduce the new perspective of resource dependence theory to explain the construction of a full-time master's program outside school.Through discussing the theoretical basis for the construction of a full-time master's program outside the university,it will pave the way for the following discussion.Next,using a self-administered questionnaire,a survey was conducted on five universities in Guangzhou(Sun Yat-sen University,South China University of Technology,South China Agricultural University,Guangzhou University,and Guangdong University of Technology).After obtaining sample data,SPSS,Excel,and other software were used for statistical measurement.And analysis,describe the current status of the construction of a full-time master's program outside the school,find out the existing issues of the construction of a full-time master's program outside the school and attribution.Then,focusing on the core issue of how to build a full-time master's program outside the university,through field interviews with eight university graduates of the S University who won the “2017 Professional Practice Excellent Postgraduate” full-time master of engineering,six cases were selected from the base.The three aspects of the overview,main practices,and successful experiences collate and analyze the cases.It is found that from the perspective of resource dependence,the difference between the cases lies in the fact that there are different sources of resources when building an off-campus practice base.The full-time master's program outside the school's practice base is under construction.In the process,the key resources that are dependent on are not the same,showing different forms of construction,and resulting in different construction models.This laid the foundation for the construction of a model for the practice base of full-time masters of engineering after school.Then,based on the perspective of resource dependence theory,combined with the case analysis of Chapter 4 and further collection of other relevant cases,the seven types of full-time master's programs for the construction of off-campus practice bases were summarized,and their model performance,typical cases,and advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.Finally,on the basis of summarizing and comparing the construction models,the main problems existing in the construction of a full-time master's degree outside school practice base found in the previous questionnaire survey were put forward,and a strategy for the construction of a practical base for full-time master's programs outside school was proposed.This paper proposes seven types of construction models for the construction of a full-time master's program outside the school's practice base.They are the teacher resource start mode,the alumni resource development mode,the project resource traction mode,the human resource introduction mode,the policy resource promotion mode,and the technology resource attraction mode.A variety of resource integration models.Combined with the status quo of the current full-time master's program outside the school,the construction strategy is proposed.First,choose a construction model based on its own advantages.The second is to build an information exchange platform to promote superior resources.The third is to combine the construction mode to develop advantageous resources.The fourth is to establish normative cooperation with resources interdependent.The fifth is to use the merger to handle resource interdependencies.
