Studuy On The Value Evalution Of The Research Achievements Of Humanities And Social Science Projects In Colleges And Universities

With the development of the scientific cause,scientific research in colleges and universities is in full swing,and the achievements of scientific research in Theoretical Science,Technical Science and Applied Science fields are fruitful.As a result,the evaluation mechanism of scientific research achievements is becoming a matter of increasing concern.Technical Science and Applied Science are closely related to the production practice of humans,the social and economic value of its scientific research is relatively easier to measure than the Theoretical Science,but the research evaluation of Theoretical Science is also very important for the development of academic research.In recent years,the research on the evaluation mechanism of scientific research achievements has been paid more and more attention,and the evaluation of the achievements of the Humanities and Social Sciences,which go hand in hand with people's lives and economic construction,have been gradually brought into the attention of political circles and academia,the measurement methods and evaluation standards have been developed in a systematic way.At present,there are still many differences in the value judgment of the scientific research achievements of the Humanities and Social Sciences,the purpose of this study is to establish a set of evaluation system for the value measurement of scientific research achievements of Humanities and Social Sciences in colleges and universities.Firstly,the research status of academic evaluation theory at home and abroad,especially the methods and means of evaluation of the achievements of the humanities and social sciences,based on the practical needs,the shortcomings in academic evaluation,especially in the evaluation of the achievements of the humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities.Secondly,according to the relevant theory analysis,it is determined that the value connotation of the achievements of the humanities and social science research projects in colleges and universities is determined,and the types of the achievements of the Humanities and Social Sciences projects in colleges and universities are classified,in addition,the present situation of the evaluation of the achievements of the Humanities andSocial Sciences' projects at home and abroad is also introduced.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of the achievements of the Humanities and Social Sciences' projects in colleges and universities and the evaluation criteria and principles,the evaluation indexes of different kinds of research results are determined respectively.Finally,the evaluation indexes are given the weight,the TOPSIS evaluation method is chosen,the evaluation model of the achievements of the Humanities and Social Sciences' projects in colleges and universities is constructed,and the feasibility is validated by empirical research,to help advance subsequent research and development in the relevant disciplines.
