Research On The Eighth Reading Culture Festival Project Of A Vocational College Based On Project Management

As an important part of the campus culture construction,the library culture construction of higher vocational colleges should fully analyze the actual conditions of students,grasp the historical opportunities,increase the propaganda and education activities of the reading culture festival,allow more students to participate in it,and train students to develop Life-long reading habits also play a role in influencing the surrounding students.Eventually,they take points and face changes to the current unsatisfactory status of campus cultural activities.This article selects a brand-new perspective—project management theory and method,relying on the 8th Reading and Cultural Festival of A Vocational College as a case,adopts literature research methods,comparative analysis methods,qualitative analysis methods,questionnaire survey methods,and other methods.The project management theory,project cost management theory,project quality management theory,and project risk management theory are used to analyze this project,from the planning and start-up of the project,the organization and implementation of the project,the closing and evaluation of the project,we will explore the actual implementation of the project management in the reading and cultural festival project,and finally realize the good development of project management in the cultural festival activities.We can find that the problems in project management through research include: the project's goals need to be further clarified and quantified;lack of scientific performance appraisal mechanism,it is difficult to mobilize the project team's enthusiasm;does not strictly control project cost management,leading to the project's hidden costs rise The project quality management objectives are not quantified and the quality results are not measurable;project risk management lacks an effective mechanism and there is no emergency plan.At the same time,the authors of this study also summed up some successful experiences of the 8th Reading and Culture Festival project,and put forward specific solutions:-to clarify and quantify project objectives;second,to formulate a strict project management system and effectively control hidden costs;The third is to formulate a detailed work plan and effectively apply the tools and methods;the fourth is to decompose and quantify the project quality objectives to ensure that the results can be measured.The event is relatively successful and is unanimously praised by teachers and students both inside and outside the school.This beneficial attempt is an innovative move for the construction of campus cultural activities in higher vocational colleges.It can provide effective reference for the project management of other types of campus cultural activities in other vocational colleges.
