Discussion On The Connection Of Engineering Master Training And Registered Engineer

With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for high-level application talents has been constantly expanding in all sectors of society.Nowadays,a large number of engineering master graduates need to take the registered engineer examination after graduation,which increases the training cost to a certain extent.At the same time.In order to reduce such unnecessary procedures,we can establish a convergence mode between engineering masters and registered engineers.On the one hand,we can reduce the repeated steps in the training of engineering advanced application talents,and on the other hand,we can cultivate the source of engineering talents.Protection.This article takes the theory of higher education,human capital theory and Marxist education theory as the theoretical basis,and adopts literature research method,empirical analysis method,comparative research method,interview method,text analysis method and other methods.Targets,training sessions,practice sessions,mentoring,and dissertations are studied.By drawing lessons from domestic and foreign successful experiences,it is found that the convergence of engineering masters and registered engineers is an inevitable trend in the development of both.The convergence of the two is necessary and feasible.Then from the establishment of the third-party steering committee,the establishment of a sound operating mechanism and the improvement of the quality of engineering master's training,etc.,the countermeasures were put forward to explore the suggestions and opinions for the establishment of the convergence of engineering masters and registered engineers.
