With the development of China's private higher vocational education,private higher vocational education plays a powerful role in promoting the development of social economy and gradually becomes a necessary supplement for higher education,which is based on traditional public universities.In recent years,the state has continuously increased its focus on private vocational colleges,and various types of private vocational colleges have emerged continuously,which has caused some private vocational colleges in China to face enormous competitive pressures.Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff is a core factor for measuring the level of education development in private vocational colleges.Therefore,the establishment of a stable and highly qualified teaching staff cannot be ignored.However,judging from the current situation,the actual management level of some privately-run higher vocational colleges in China is limited,teachers' positions are relatively fluid,teachers cannot guarantee stability,and private vocational colleges are faced with problems such as lack of enthusiasm for teachers.These problems not only hinder the teaching level of private vocational colleges,but also hinder the development of private education in China.Therefore,private vocational colleges must establish a stable and reliable high-quality teacher team of teachers,it is necessary to improve the teacher performance appraisal system.An effective performance appraisal system can inspire the work enthusiasm of the teaching staff,drive work efficiency,and improve the quality of teaching.Finally,the private higher vocational colleges themselves can be better developed.This article focuses on the performance appraisal of teachers in the SY Vocational College as the research content.It uses the relevant theories of performance appraisal,human resource management and so on.Based on the research experience of domestic and foreign scholars on the performance evaluation of teachers in private vocational colleges,the development of the SY vocational college The analysis was conducted to find problems such as the deviation of the concept of teacher performance appraisal,the lack of scientific evaluation of the assessment results,the imperfect feedback and supervision mechanism,the incomplete assessment content,and the method being too single.Through the explanation of the existing problems,it is proposed that the SY Vocational College should pay attention to the teacher performance appraisal,design and optimize the specific principles of the performance appraisal system of the SY Vocational College teachers,highlight the characteristics of the appraisal,and find the teachers' performance appraisal suited to their own characteristics according to the actual situation of the SY Vocational College.The method will surely promote the continuous development and improvement of the SY Vocational College's teacher performance appraisal system and realize the school mission.
