In recent years,in the practice of modern enterprise management,performance appraisal,as an important means of enterprise management,has achieved many remarkable results,and has become one of the main tools to promote the smooth realization of strategic development goals.A good performance appraisal system can scientifically evaluate the work effectiveness of employees,help employees to understand their own shortcomings and targeted promotion,is conducive to the superior grasp of the situation of employees,but also can deepen the recognition of the value of employees to the enterprise.For private vocational colleges,scientific performance appraisal system is also essential.Since the reform and opening up,the market has gradually stepped into the field of education,and the private schools have begun to develop,especially the private higher vocational colleges,which have become an indispensable and important part of the whole education system,and have sent a large number of skilled talents for the training of enterprises.However,although the development momentum of private higher vocational colleges is good,it is accompanied by the problems of high turnover rate of teachers,high mobility,lazy work style and low enthusiasm,which has become the bottleneck restricting the development of private higher vocational colleges.The scientific performance appraisal system can effectively improve the enthusiasm of teachers,but at present,most private vocational colleges do not have a clear performance appraisal system,or Even if there are performance appraisal is only based on workload,there is no scientific and perfect performance appraisal system,there are some problems such as unclear purpose,lack of communication between leaders and teachers,unreasonable evaluation index,improper evaluation method,imperfect feedback mechanism,and no incentive mechanism matching performance appraisal.Based on this,this paper takes the private higher vocational colleges A colleges as anexample,based on the incentive theory,through the analysis of the current situation of their performance appraisal system,through the questionnaire survey,the satisfaction of their performance appraisal system is analyzed,grasp the first-hand data of their performance appraisal system,and analyze the problems and shortcomings of their performance management,and then put forward specific suggestions for the performance appraisal of A colleges and universities,and redesign their performance appraisal system.This article mainly through the literature analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,the case analysis method carries on the research,the full text mainly divides into five chapters,respectively to the article topic selection and the thought,the related concept definition and the theory On the basis of A,the present situation and existing problems of teachers' performance appraisal in colleges and universities,the reconstruction of teachers' performance appraisal system in A colleges and universities and the conclusion of the full text are expounded and analyzed.Finally,the author concludes that it is necessary to reconstruct the performance appraisal system in A colleges and universities.So as to improve the competitiveness of schools and achieve their development goals have a certain practical significance,but also for the public Teachers' human resource management in many private higher vocational colleges provides reference and contributes to the further development of private higher vocational colleges.
