With the development of the marketization reform of sports venues in our country,the sports industry has been developing vigorously and the sports venues have ushered in great opportunities for development.GZ Sports&Culture management company as a sports facility operation management organizations,walk in the forefront of reform,in the domestic first public-private operation mode,the government investment is given priority to,enterprises to participate in the investment,construction and management of G stadium.Since its establishment,the company has grasped the pulse of the market,constantly adjusted its operating structure,based on diversified development,improved the industrial value chain,and ensured the maximization of operating benefits.In the background of poor operation of most sports venues,the company has successfully explored its own unique venue operation road,and its operation and management of sports venues continued to be profitable,and it was free from the difficulties of relying on national financial allocation to maintain operation.With GZ Sports&Culture management company as the research object,using the SWOT analysis method combined with PEST model,five models,the system analysis of the company's internal development environment,accurate positioning impact strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats for the development of the company,from the height of the development strategy to study and explore the status of the company at the present stage,to find and adapt to the current trend of development of sports industry development strategy.On this basis,the business development strategy of the company is established,and the Suggestions and safeguards are provided for its implementation.The following is the research content of this paper:First,GZ Sports&Culture management company as object,based on the analysis of research status at home and abroad and domestic,on the basis of sports industry development present situation,through the SWOT analysis the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and then establish a SWOT analysis matrix model for the company's business development strategy.Then,based on the SWOT matrix model,the internal and external factors of the company's development are analyzed to determine the company's business development strategy.Finally,based on the company's business development strategy,the implementation measures and Suggestions are put forward.Comprehensively in this paper,the internal and external factors in the process of the company development,and proposed the corresponding development strategy planning and implementation of security measures,for the company's business development strategy formulation and implementation to provide the corresponding theoretical reference.
