Under double pressures of the aggregate and the structural contradictions,in the labor market demand and the supply of university graduates,it becomes especially significant about the employment-obtaining problems of university graduates.It not only relates to the future and hope of university graduates,but also could affect the economic development and social stability.This research studies on the relationship between undergraduates' employability and employment performance in obtaining employment to provide some scientific gist for career counseling for undergraduates and improving their job-obtaining performance.After reviewing large amount of literatures,this research summarizes the related theories of employability and employment performance,argues that the human capital theory and screening hypothesis theory can be used as the basis of studying employability,employment performance and the relationship between them.This research indicates the deficiency of the past researches,such as,construction of employability is not rich enough,the criterion of employment performance is unitary,the relationship between employability and employment performance is controversial,and so on.On this basis,this paper proposes the corresponding research hypothesis.On the basis of the literatures and teamwork,this research designs questionnaire,carried on pre-test and final test and gets the research data.This research uses two data analysis software(SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 21.0)processed the data.The main analytical methods include factor analysis,correlation analysis and SEM.Through the positivistic research,the main conclusions are drawn as follows: 1)Employability consisted of six aspects as thinking and problem solving ability,communication and cooperation ability,career planning ability,interpersonal skill,leadership and social network.The research results indicate that the internship related to contracted job has a significant impact on undergraduates' employability;2)Employment performance consisted of four aspects as subjective-process performance,subjective-results performance,objective-process performance and objective-results performance.The research results indicate that internship has a significant impact on undergraduates' salary of the contracted job,and the internship related to contracted job has a significant impact on both salary of the contracted job and subjective-process performance;3)Reveals the relationship between undergraduates' employability and employment performance.The research results indicate a significant positive linear correlation between the undergraduates' employability and subject performance in job-obtaining.When it comes to object performance in job-obtaining,there is a significant positive linear correlation between the undergraduates' employability and objective-process performance,and a significant positive linear correlation between the undergraduates' employability and salary,but there is no correlation between employability and the numbers of offers a graduate got.China's undergraduates will reach 7.95 million in 2017,it is an important challenges to the whole society of China,to the development of Chinese higher education,and to graduates themselves.
