As the ever-bigger scale,Chinese higher education entered the stage ofpopularization.On the other side,higher education have alienated from society with thedecline of students’ education quality.Excessive education, or rather,inferior education haveviolated national adovacy of human resources strategy.Under the background of thedeviation between students employment ability and social demands,Fresh graduate facegreater pressure of employment and personal vocational development.The problem oflacking employment ability of fresh graduate have gradually become the focus of researchin theoretical circles.Based on this background,The article start the research on collegestudents’ employment ability.In order to be better able to analysis and construct the college students’ employmentability,the study adopts quantitative and qualitative research methods, integrates the collegestudents employment ability and requirement of enterprise and investigates collegestudents’ employment ability elements,and at last, the employment ability model have beenestablished.This will provide reference for the research of training measures anddevelopment path of employment ability,from the perspective of colleges and universities.Therefore,the study first uses the open style questionnaire and starts the interviewform three different angles of enterprise personnel,personnel exchange center anduniversity employment guidance teachers and students,extracting all aspects of behavior,psychological characteristics of college students’ employment ability,through the expert’sfurther confirmation and reference of large number of domestic and foreign literature,finally a theory model will be set up.Through questionnaire and exploratory factoranalysis,and the test of reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the study at last obtain aformal scale which including35index,and build a factor model of employability.To test if factor model can get other sample support by confirmatory factoranalysis,mainly on "cross validity",through confirmatory factor analysis method,mainlyLinear structural equation modeling technology,the employment ability mode will be set up,which include six aspects: social quality,the implementation of the practice ability,interpersonal skills,intelligence competence,professional knowledge and skills andinnovation ability.The result of all fitting index show good model fitting condition.Through induction and analysis of open questionnaire,we find the differences betweenthe college students’ employment ability and social demand,with regard to collegeStudents’ employment ability factor,Thecognitive of university and enterprise is notconsistent.Therefore, the study mainly select the universities’perspective to analysisthe cause of difference.The study presents that universities as a key role in cultivatingemployment ability,it should take social demand into full consideration.It is a necessarythat establishing communication mechanism betweem them.Universities need overcomethe deficiencies in bringing up employment ability, and perfect capacity development path.Research and modeling the employability of College Students,not only enrich thetheory circles to a certain extent,but also play a certain reference role in ability cultivationand capacity evaluation.In this se-nse,further study of employability of college students isneeded and worth continued attention.
