Research On Leadership Development Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Graduate Student Cadres

Graduate student cadre is not only a college student work manager of the auxiliary,but also to strengthen the university managers,teachers and general graduate contact important intermediary,It is also an important source of strength to strengthen graduate education,management and service in Colleges and Universities,It plays an important role model in the graduate student group.The development of graduate student cadre leadership is the key way to improve the efficiency of postgraduate management and improve the comprehensive quality of graduate student cadres.Based on a large number of relevant literature,this paper first defines the leadership of the graduate student cadre,combined with the student leadership challenge model theory summarizes and elaborates the constituent elements of the graduate student cadre leadership,namely the graduate student cadre leadership “five Force model”.According to the development model of the student cadre leadership development model,the questionnaire of the research on the leadership development of the student cadre is developed,the questionnaire survey was conducted among 520 graduate students in H university,the overall level of leadership development of the student cadre and the differences in the dimensions are evaluated.At the same time,the individual factors,social participation,interpersonal interaction,school support,the relationship between these four factors and the development of graduate student cadre leadership development,data analysis found that: The overall level of the leadership of the graduate student cadre is not high and there are significant differences among the various dimensions;social participation,interpersonal interaction,school support have a significant impact on the development of the graduate student cadre leadership.Finally,according to the problems existing in the development of the leadership of the graduate student cadre,the countermeasures of the development of the graduate student cadre leadership are put forward from the school level and the individual level respectively.
