Family planning policy has been insisted on as a basic state policy of China for about 30 years,therefore,each of its adjustment and revolution may have a deep influence on every field of the whole society,including the field of human resource management.As a postgraduate majored in human resource management,I concern a lot about the effect of family planning policy may have on the strength of human resource management,and based on which,I make the research objectives of this dissertation as follows.First,exploring the effect of family planning policy may have on the strength of human resource management with an intermediary variable of labor supply.Second,providing some suggestions which are based on the conclusions of empirical and normative research to the future human resource management practices of the companies in China.To fulfill the research objectives mentioned above,this dissertation first uses the empirical research method to get the conclusion of the effect of family planning policy may have on labor supply,and then,this dissertation uses the normative research method to get the conclusion of the effect of family planning policy may have on the strength of human resource management with an intermediary variable of labor supply.Specifically speaking,firstly,this dissertation builds the multiple regression model of family planning policy and labor supply based on the relative econometrics theories,and then,it uses the least square method to get the conclusion of the effect of family planning policy may have on labor supply.Secondly,this dissertation establishes the logical frame of the normative research on the effect of family planning policy may have on the strength of human resource management with an intermediary variable of labor supply and finally gets the conclusion.By summarizing the conclusions of empirical and normative research,this dissertation attains the final conclusion,which is that strict family planning policy may increase labor supply(mainly means current labor supply)and weaken the strength of human resource management,on the contrary,loose family planning policy may decrease labor supply(mainly means current labor supply)and enhance the strength of human resource management.According to this final conclusion,this dissertation provides some suggestions to the future human resource management practices of the companies in China.The innovative points of this dissertation are demonstrated as follows.First,this dissertation sets up family planning policy as antecedent variable,labor supply as intermediary variable and the strength of human resource management as outcome variable to analyze the effect of family planning policy may have on the strength of human resource management.Second,by employing the empirical and normative research method,this dissertation attains the final conclusion of the effect of family planning policy may have on the strength of human resource management with an intermediary variable of labor supply.Third,according to the final conclusion,this dissertation provides some countermeasures and suggestions to the future human resource management practices of the companies in China.
