Research On The Developing Situation And Countermeasures Of Football Referees In Jiangxi Province

In recent years,the development of football in Jiangxi Province has not move forward,the construction of football referees has little effect,the professional ability and the comprehensive quality of football referees are difficult to match with other provinces which football referees have developed well.In order to investigate the overall development level of the Jiangxi football referees' team in a precise and objective manner,and to reveal the reasons for the slow construction of the Jiangxi football referee team,explore its development and reform countermeasures,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the football referees in Jiangxi Province.This article adopts the literature method,interview method,field survey method,and questionnaire survey to focus on the present situation and training management methods of JiangXi football referees.The main research object are football referees and chief referees from all parts of JiangXi Province and officials of the JiangXi Provincial Football Administration Center,to deeply explore the developing situation and training and management of football referees in JiangXi Province.Through investigate on the basic structure,knowledge structure,professional skills,subjective and objective influencing factors,training and management mechanisms of JiangXi football referees,analyze the number of registered football referees in JiangXi Province,the rank of the referee,the age structure,the region distribution,education structure,foreign language proficiency,high-tech products using,theoretical learning,physical fitness,age and session of law enforcement,and analysis and investigation of referee motivation,selection,training,assessment,selection and management mechanisms.To summarize the influence factors of football referees' development,such as the unscientific structure of the football referees in JiangXi Province,the irrational knowledge structure of referees,the low level of referees' professional skills,the excessive interference of subjective and objective influencing factors,and the unsystematic training and management mechanisms.The proposal is to improve the structure of the football referee team,optimize the referee's knowledge structure,improve the referee's professional skills level,support the referee work in all aspects,and improve the training and management mechanism.It is expected that the team of football referees in JiangXi Province will move toward a higher stage and contribute their strength to the development of football in the country.
