With the development of our country's social economy,the employment rate of all regions in our country has been greatly improved.In recent years,China's economic growth has declined.At the same time,the transformation of low-end manufacturing industry to high-end manufacturing industry is required in the period of economic transformation.The corresponding labor market research problem is also shifted from the quantity of employment to the research of employment quality.But in real life,a large number of workers are engaged in jobs with low income and long working hours,and the overall employment quality of the workers is not high.How to improve the quality of employment is a major problem to be solved in our country.Although the study of human capital and the employment quality is very important in modern society,but the related academic research in China is less and not in-depth,in order to make up this shortcoming,this paper,combined with the employment situation and the situation of human capital,in the analysis of domestic and foreign capital influence on the study of the quality of employment theory.From the aspect of theoretical and empirical analysis,this thesis studies the influence of human capital on employment quality.First of all,this paper summarizes the related concepts and theories of human capital and employment quality,and makes a descriptive analysis of the current situation of human capital and employment in China.Then the concept of employment quality is scientifically and reasonably measured.Considering the scientificity and rationality of data collection,the comprehensive index is obtained from five levels: employment environment,employment status,workers' remuneration,social protection and workers' relations.The comprehensive index is obtained by the method of variation coefficient.Based on the loss of human capital,we use dynamic observation method to measure the net stock of human capital with annual comparability and regional comparability.The paper uses the panel data model and the curvilinear relationship model between variables to study the relationship between the human capital and the quality of employment.The study found that the stock of human capital can significantly affect the quality of employment,and there are regional differences in the impact of human capital on the quality of employment.The central and western regions have significant effects on the quality of employment.The interaction effect of human capital through foreign direct investment and fixed assets investment influence the quality of employment.From the aspect of the relationship between human capital and the quality of employment,the relationship between human capital stock and employment quality is "N" curve.With the continuous increase of human capital investment,the quality of employmentis first increased,then decreased,and finally improved.In general,increasing the investment in human capital will help to improve the employment situation of the workers and improve the quality of the workers' employment.Finally,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on promoting the improvement of the quality of the workers' employment..
