The employment is the first and last world in the nation’s destiny. In recent years, with the increasing university enrollment and the financial crisis coming, the annual number of higher school graduates increases significantly than the quantity demanded in the market. And the human resources management is not perfect, the training mode of the talents isn’t fit for the market economy development, directly affects the quality of the employment of university students. And worse than that, the graduates’ideas about employment should be changed:In the year of 2010,a survey polled more than 2000 residents in 10 cities showed that, about 53% of the students and parents thought nothing except the relationship can affect the quality of employment, about 24%of graduates have an idea that, without relationships is a main reason of low quality of employment. The data might be verified the negative conclusion of "it is better to be reincarnated in a better family than struggling".As the social contradictions between the rich and the poor, It reflects the irrational and rather than objective viewpoint of job choosing, and the defect of cultivating capacity by themselves.Based on that, the article is conducted in 240 graduates who were studied in Dalian to analyze the influence of human capital on the quality of university students’ employment. This paper will be divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, expounds the background, the significance, the purpose, the methods, the thinking framework, and the innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter is literature review, it just combed the arguments of relationships between human capital and the quality of employment at home and abroad in detail, and on the basis of reviews, coming up with clear definition concepts. The third chapter is the design of questionnaire and the acquisition of data, it mainly expounds the sample situation, the thought of variables selection and so on. Chapter forth is research hypothesis and empirical analysis, it is the focus of the article, first of all, summarizing and describing a collection of data, and then drawing the conclusion:(1) The effect of ability to study, the practical ability and the ability of employment in graduates on quality of employment are significantly positive; (2)The stronger the learning ability is, the higher the match quality of majors and jobs; (3) Reading and the level of academic are positive to the quality of employment; (4)The quality of employment of college graduates is different in educational level and university reputation; (5)The salary level is positively influenced by graduates’work experience during the period of school and the internships; (6)Compared with learning ability, employment ability has prominent effects on salary level and job satisfaction; (7)The graduates with higher English level have advantages on choosing jobs, they are occupied in large state-owned enterprises or the world top 500 companies generally; (8)The tenure, the gender, the domicile, the political quality and the appearance are all influencing the quality of employment, such as the gender and the graduation stage are significantly influencing salary level, the longer the boys working, the higher salary is. The last chapter is policy recommendations and prospect. Through the above conclusions, targeting suggestions on the aspects of the government, the universities and the individual.
