The after-school life of college students is an important part of campus culture and a link that cannot be ignored in school education.Today's college students have plenty of extra-curricular time,and what kind of lifestyle they choose in their own time is not only related to the growth of individual students,but also related to the development of young talents cultivation in our country.Xi Jinping emphasized at the national ideological and political work conference for colleges and universities that we must adhere to the enhance morality and foster talent as a central link,and that ideological and political work be carried out throughout the entire process of education and teaching,realize the entire process of educating people and achieving comprehensive education,and work hard to create a new situation in China's higher education.The ideological and political education in colleges and universities must get rid of the traditional paradox.It should not be confined to the instillation of the classroom.The extra-curricular life is also an area that must be taken into account and we should guide the college students to operate their spare time well to realize the entire process of education and achieving comprehensive education.Based on the survey of nearly 500 undergraduates in four colleges in Jiangxi Province,this article analyze the current status of college students' after-class life,and finds that there are some problems need to be solved in their spare time in the following aspects: the content is rich,but is of low-quality from the general point of view,lacking of planning and after-class life are often fairly random.The college students are poor in social skills and lack of collective consciousness,too much time on personal enjoyment and low satisfaction in after school life,addicted to the Internet,strong dependence on new media.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the impact of the three factors of school,family,and individual college students on the quality of their after-class life.From the perspective of ideological and political education,this paper presents specific measures from the three levels of school,family,and individual college students,so we can promote the comprehensive and healthy development of college students.
