The Study Of Financial Investment On Early Childhood Education In Qinhuangdao City

Early Childhood Education is the most basic part of the national education system.However,in China,compared with the rapid development of compulsory education,vocational education and higher education,Early Childhood Education is facing a lot of problems,such as "admission difficult,admission expensive" problems.Therefore,a study of financial investment on Early Childhood Education is chosen,hoping to help the government to improve the public management or public service.This paper analyzes the financial investment in Early Childhood Education in Qinhuangdao City by means of literature analysis,statistical analysis and model analysis.In view of the shortcomings of insufficient investment in financial capital investment,poor balance and low efficiency of capital use,this paper analyzed its causes.That is,weak sense of government responsibility,lack of funds management mechanism and lack of supervision of the use of funds.On this basis,the paper puts forward the solution to meet the actual situation of Qinhuangdao City.That is,strengthen the construction of financial management system mechanism and the supervision as well as management of the financial use of Early Childhood Education on the basis of implementing the main responsibility of the government.In addition,by using Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient,the paper shows the structural imbalance and inefficient in the financial investment,and provides a direction for the current administrative reformation.Through the study of the investment in Early Childhood Education in Qinhuangdao City,the author has enriched the study of the financial input of Early Childhood Education from the city level,and perfected the theory of financial investment in Early Childhood Education.In practice,it helps the government to improve the financial investment management system and to make a correct decision.It provides a reference for the study of Early Childhood Education problems and offers help to promote the development of Early Childhood Education in Qinhuangdao City.
