The Research On Improving Personal Charm Of College Counselors

The successful development of ideological and political education in colleges requires the cooperation of all aspects of colleges,and college counselors play an extremely important role in the entire ideological and political education system of colleges and shoulder a major mission.The counselor's words and deeds will have a certain influence on the students.The charisma and attractiveness of the instructor can play a good guiding role for students.Therefore,the personal charm of the counselor is related to the effect of ideological and political education.Therefore,the so-called hitting of iron still needs to be hard.Therefore,to enhance the personal charm of college counselors has also become a key link in enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges.The background and significance of this study are expounded in the beginning of this article,and related research on the connotation of personal charm of college counselors,the type of personal charm,and the significance of personal charm played by college counselors are investigated and elaborated.On the basis of the analysis of the results of the review,the research ideas and methods of this paper are determined.On the basis of clarifying the related concepts,according to the connotation of college counselors personal charm and the external characteristics expressed,the personal charm of college counselors is divided into five types: character charm,knowledge charm,talent charm,language charm,and image charm.The specific connotation of each type is illustrated by the charm characteristics embodied in the annual characters of the 7th,8th,and 9th college counselors in China.Then it's suggested that the personal charm of college counselors has characteristics and role.This paper also explores the theoretical basis of personal char isma improvement of college counselors from the theory of charisma leadership and competence theory of management and the theory of human development,and lays a good theoretical foundation for the study of the full text.In order to better understand the reality of the personal charm of college counselors,the author conducted questionnaire survey and interview study on teachers and students in six universities,and summarized the questionnaire data and interview content that on the basis of collating and summarizing.The author found that although the personal charm of college counselors has achieved certain results,there are also many problems.After the author's further thinking and analysis,it is concluded that the reasons for the lack of personal charisma of college counselors.In this regard,the author tries to put forward the principles and strategies of improving the personal charm of college counselors.The improvement of personal charm of college counselors should follow the principles of direction,time and practice.At the same time,the author puts forward the ways to enhance the personal charm of college counselors from two aspects,include college counselors and colleges.The author hopes that through the joint efforts of individual college counselors and colleges and universities,it will provide targeted solutions for the improvement of personal charm of college counselors.
