| Primary school teachers’ job burnout has a great negative effect on the growth and development of students, teachers’ job burnout seriously affect teachers’ professional enthusiasm, teachers’ lack of personal accomplishment, emotional exhaustion, to personal serious, can not mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, the main motivation and enthusiasm, into the teaching of education, to improve the quality of education. In this study, the primary school teachers in Fuzhou as the survey, survey, interviews and other research methods, the survey results show that nearly 88.69% of teachers’ emotional exhaustion, more than half of the teachers in the human dimension, more serious than half of the teachers, the proportion of nearly 70%; in the low sense of achievement, almost all of the respondents have a more serious low sense of achievement, the proportion accounted for 99.14%. Overall, the job burnout of primary school teachers in Fuzhou city is more serious. On the basis of investigation, this paper analyzes the causes of burnout, from internal and external causes, and finally puts forward the coping strategies of primary school teachers’ job burnout in Fuzhou.This paper is divided into five parts:In the first part, the purpose and significance of the research, the present situation of domestic and foreign research, the research contents and methods, the research methods and the technical route, and the characteristics and innovations of the research are introduced;The second part carries on the related concept definition and theoretical basis;The third part of Fuzhou City elementary school teachers’ job burnout were investigated. Correlation between the specific analysis of the survey results, for the different gender, different marital status, no teacher, different seniority, age, title, education background, teaching subject difference in Teachers’ job burnout, compared, and draws the conclusion;In the fourth part, the author expounds the reasons of the Vocational Burnout of primary school teachers in Fuzhou City, from the internal and the external;The fifth part puts forward the coping strategies of the public elementary school teachers’ job burnout in Fuzhou. To play the government’s policy guidance function, establish effective school incentive mechanism, create a good teaching environment, establish social support system and improve teachers’ self-cultivation, improve themselves. So as to ease the job burnout of teachers in public primary schools in Fuzhou, and further promote the improvement of the quality of primary education in Fuzhou city. |
