The Development of education depends on teachers, who undertake the task of training the people with ability in the future, then, the quality or state of teachers directly determines the quality of students and the future of country or nation. However, burnout is becoming increasingly an important factor of bothering teachers' state of harmonious work-life.The most effective way of preventing the job burnout is to explore the factors that influence job burnout. Maslach, the pioneering researcher in the field of job burnout,in the recent introduction of the person-context matching model, considers that the mismatching of six areas between employees and organization causes job burnout. She believes that this matching is similar to the concept of psychological contract. But,what is the relationship between the psychological contract and job burnout is unknown.Recently,China began to conduct the preliminary study of localization about the psychological contract theory. Most researches conducted at home and abroad are in the context of enterprise, which seldom relate to teachers. What's more, domestic research on teachers is mainly about implementation of psychological contract and its impact from the single perspective of teachers, but studies carried out from double perspective are not available. This study tries to review the state of psychological contract from the double perspective on the basis of empirical research, and take intensive study on the relationship between psychological contract and teacher job burnout. The main contents and main conclusions in this study are concluded as follows:1.test 204 secondary school teachers by using teacher burnout scale.Through descriptive statistics and difference tests,we investigated the status of job burnout of secondary school teachers. As a result, the secondary school teachers' job burnout belongs to the medium level, but tends to have a burnout. The emotional exhaustion of the teachers is the most serious in the component of job burnout, and, the emotional exhaustion is higher than depersonalization and intellectual burnout. It has showed differences concerned with sex, teaching seniority is quite obvious, but that of positions is not the case.2.investigate the differences of school organizational obligation from double perspective (204 secondary school teachers and 25 school leaders) using secondary school teacher psychological contract scale. Results show that there are significant differences between teachers and school' cognition of organizational obligation. And the gap on economic obligation is higher than the gap of humanities and environmental obligation.3.on the basis of these two researches mentioned hereinbefore,we investigate the impact of school organizational obligation differences from the double perspectives to teacher burnout. The results suggested that the gap in the organization obligation is a factor of influencing teacher job burnout, and that the emotional exhaustion dimension of the job burnout has significant differences concerned with the economic and humanities obligation's gap,the personal accomplishment dimension of job burnout has significant differences concerned with humanities and environmental obligation's gap.Based on these three researches above, this paper provides some suggestions about school management, such as,school leaders should pay attention to individual differences, that establish effective and timely communication channels,at the same time, teachers should strengthen self-learning and maintain the appropriate expectations to school.
