China and Zimbabwe,these two countries have maintained some bilateral relationship and as such the relationship is strengthening year by year.As a result,the number of Zimbabwean students who learn and love Chinese culture has increased drastically.This research seeks to investigate on the current situation of Chinese teaching in Rio Tinto Hugh School.In order to understand more about this school,this research analyses areas such as Chinese teachers,students,teaching materials,Chinese curriculum,Chinese teaching methods,Chinese examination methods as well as the learning environment,etc.Based on the research findings,the writer will highlight some possible solutions inorder to improve the study of Chinese language at Rio Tinto High School.
