Since 2013,by the high speed development of economy in our country into a rapid development,the new normal "economy" into the public eye,then put forward reform of the "supply side",in 2015 brought by the economic slowdown is closely connected with the employment structural reform.This article only on the reform of supply side to choose the employment of western region environment influence factors of the new era,full text based on analyzing the influential factors of the labor force employment of western region,promote the western region in the new economic situation of labor employment has strong practical significance.This article analysis found that the new employees in our country in the western region is more,main show is the number of college graduates increased year by year,in the western region rural migrant workers number is more,the Labour market actual absorption labor ability is limited;In the western region of China,the employment structure of the three industries in 2016 is 45.04:19.64:35.32.The first industry is still the main sector to absorb the labor force,and the industrial structure is not reasonable.In China,the average of education years in the western region of China was 8.08 years in 2016,which did not meet the level of education.The labor quality was low and the quality was not high.And three times in the western region of our country industry employment elasticity analysis found that the western region three employment characteristics for the production of industry employment elasticity is higher than the second and third industry,but the third industry employment elasticity has a rapid development trend.Based on the above the employment present situation and the analysis of the characteristics of the western China,based on the supply side reform background puts forward technological progress,industrial structure adjustment and labor quality of labor force in west China,and carries on the theoretical analysis,put forward the three western region of our country labor employment in this paper,analysis on the time span of overall performance is positive significantly effect hypothesis.Key sections for empirical research,this paper selected the employment total amount as the dependent variable,the research and development(R&D)expenses within budget,the rationalization of industrial structure,the average education years as independent variables,the whole society fixed assets investment,labor remuneration,GDP,state financial education funds investment as control variables.Use fixed effects and the stepwise regression method is adopted in the control of individual effect or to control the state of individual effect and time effect,separately carries on the regression processing,interactive processing,by the above three independent variables under the action of either a single or common all have is a significant effect on the employment,conclusion makes economic sense,and conforms to the three hypotheses proposed.Based on the conclusion,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the technological progress,pay attention to education and accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure to promote the employment of labor in the western region.
