In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has made clear that China will attache great importance to the development of vocational education,and strive to build a "knowledge-based,skilled and innovative work force”.But vocational schools were confined to the instruction of common knowledge and specialized theory knowledge,not in accordance with their own talent cultivation goal to teach skills,which due to years of neglect of vocational education.This leads to students in the vocational schools not able to quickly adapt to the new work and increases the trouble of enterprises training new employees,and extends the time of new employee appointment.Based on this situation,how to cultivate workers of level of culture and skills who are qualified for the work becomes the object of study of many experts and scholars.In this research,many scholars learn from some successful cases and models from abroad,which have become the school-enterprise cooperation advocated by our country today.As our country pays more and more attention to vocational education,the support to secondary vocational education in Jining is also enhanced in the aspects,such as policy,legislation,funding,infrastructure,including support of searching for new models to the development of secondary vocational education.Recently in the process of seeking development,secondary vocational schools in Jining respond to the call of our national policies.They actively promote university-enterprise cooperation,explore new school-running mode,try to change the original backward and ignored situation.In this background,the author,by taking the methods of literature analysis,case study,interview summary,makes conclusions of experience of various secondary vocational schools in the process of promoting school-enterprise cooperation.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter analyzes the background and significance of the research in this paper,and summarizes the research on thecooperation between universities and enterprises at home and aboad in recent years.The second chapter elaborates on the connotation of secondary vocational education and school-enterprise cooperation,and analyzes the three theoretical bases.The third chapter puts forward the possibility and necessity of the cooperation between schools and enterprisese in city of Jining from three perspectives of government,school and enterprise.The fourth chapter introduces the present and the form of the cooperation between shools and enterprises in the city of Jining.The fifth chapter is to find and study the existing problems of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the city of Jining on the basis of the above analysis,such as: the government's investment plan for vocational education is not reasonable;The depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation is not enough;The secondary vocational students attach insufficient importance to school-enterprise cooperation,and analyze the causes from multiple perspectives.In the final chapter of this paper,it makes a conclusion of countermeasures and paths to strenthenthe cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises in the city of Jining from four aspects-strengthening oversight of Legislation and government functional departments,the government playing the role of overall coordination,perfecting the rights and interests safeguard mechanism of cooperation between shools and enterprises,coordinating relationship between schools and enterprises to promote the deep cooperationbetween schools and enterprises,so that it can provide a little help to the cooperation between vocational school and enterprises in the city of Jining.
