Problems And Countermeasures In The Operation Of Social Work Service Institutions In Xinjiang

In recent years,the party Central Committee,the State Council and the government departments at all levels attach great importance to the development of social work,Xinjiang as a multi-ethnic region and the western poor areas,social work in the maintenance of social stability and long-term security has important significance.The Social work service organization in Xinjiang has a short history,but with the joint efforts of the Government and the workers,it has achieved good results and made great progress,so it is very necessary to analyze the status quo of social work service organization in Xinjiang.Social Work service organizations play an important role in maintaining the stability of the society,promoting the development of the region and helping the region to get out of poverty,and the healthy and stable development of the social work service in Xinjiang will lay a solid foundation for the vigorous development of every aspect of Xinjiang society.In this paper,"the problems existing in the operation of Social work service organization in Xinjiang" and the countermeasure study by using the methods of Literature,questionnaire survey,interview,and the related theories of resource dependence theory and Contingency theory,in this paper analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of social work service in Xinjiang.It is found that the Social work service organization in Xinjiang is in the early stage of development because of its economic,cultural,political and geographical location,and has failed to formulate effective long-term planning,insufficient resources,low utilization,insufficient capacity,lack of professional level and low social credibility.In view of these problems,this paper argues that we should make clear and reasonable planning,deepen and expand resources,improve the utilization of resources,adopt the actual governance structure of the Organization,upgrade the professional level of the service of the organization,increase the publicity and improve the credibility of the public,and put forward some countermeasures.The aim is to provide suggestions for the healthy operation and development of Xinjiang Social Work service organization.
