With the rapid development of private training schools,a series of problems have arisen.One of them is the teaching quality,which has become the key factor affecting the schools'development.To improve teaching quality,private schools should make an effort to enhance the teaching level.New qualified teachers should be provided with effective entry guidance and support.To fully exert the inspiring function of the new teacher training system in Taiyuan XDF Private School,this thesis analyzes the existing problems in new teacher training system and explores a more scientific and reasonable training system,which will be helpful to the improvement of teachers' level and teaching quality.Through the participating in the new teacher training system of Taiyuan XDF Private School,combined with profound investigation and interview new teachers and trainers,many deficiencies were found in the new teacher training system,such as the lack of training need analysis,incomplete training contents,unreasonable training methods and imperfect training assessment system.By studying the original problems of current new teacher training system under the guidance of the theories on the teacher's training system and teacher professional development,the writer has put forward a series of effective proposals,such as adding the training content of the evaluation of students' abilities,using the training method of case study,developing specialized trainers,establishing tutorial system.Meanwhile,the necessary safeguard measures are also proposed,such as enhancing the support from headmasters and other departments,training individualized teachers,emphasizing self-directed learning and creating learning culture.The thesis helps to set up a more systematic and scientific training system to improve the quality of new teachers.In conclusion,the research is instructive to the new teacher training program in Taiyuan XDF Private School.Meanwhile,the study will also become a good reference for other private training schools.
