The overall development trend of music education in kindergartens is better than that in the past,but problems still exist.According to the status quo of teacher music activity,the value implementation of kindergarten music teaching activity through teacher teaching practice is not optimistic,and a series of problems in the practice process are gradually highlighted.Therefore,in order to effectively promote teachers' music teaching practice,makes music teaching activity value effectively,realize the kindergarten music education to promote the harmonious development of children's comprehensive purposes,value formation problem becom e teachers music teaching activities effectively.Value because of the music teaching activities,presenting the teacher's teaching practice in order to ensure the research objective authenticity,this study selects the education narrative research methods,choose from three different levels,the nature of the kindergarten teachers,teacher event,observe the music teaching practice,based on the real teaching scenes explore kindergarten teachers of music teaching norm,collecting music teaching,analysis of music teaching activities in the practice the problems existing in the performance.At the same time,communicate with teachers and campus other relevant teaching staff interviews,seeking to influence teachers' value realization factors,music teaching activities for teachers to music teaching activities provide reflect value effectively.The results show that the overall by professional teachers' personal comprehensive quality realistic condition,kindergartens and other correlation factors,different levels,properties in the kindergarten,teacher value music teaching activities in the practice process of alienation problem universally exist objectively.Outstanding performance is: teachers practice cognitive deviation,neglect the cultivation of children's aesthetic ability;Paying too much attention to children's skills and skills learning and ignoring children's healthy mood acquisition;Music teaching activities tend to be formal in teachers' teaching activities,which hinders children from improving their personality.Teachers' music activity still follows the traditional teaching mode,and children's creative imagination development is limited.In addition,under the influence of individual quality difference and other external objective factors,the value alienation of teacher music teaching activities is similar but different.First this research to the nursery school music teaching activities ought to be worth thinking,based on the music education to true value,music teachers in teaching activity based on value cognition,respectively from individual,kindergarten principals and teachers to support the other influencing factors of teaching smooth implementation,refle ctions on teachers' practice to examine,make teachers aware of the value gives its own teaching practice,to understand the teaching itself,improve the music teaching methods,improve the content,to promote the valuable as reference for the music activities.
