Research On The Elderly Care Service Station In Pastoral Areas From The Perspective Of Social Work

With the coming of the aging society,the pension problem is accompanied by the current pension problem quickly become a social hot spot.Under the coverage of urban pension service,the problem of old-age service in pastoral areas is very small.Most of the relevant institutional policies on old-age care are aimed at the elderly in urban communities,while in pastoral areas,where the aging phenomenon is more serious,they have not attracted enough attention.The main old-age security system in pastoral areas mainly consists of family old-age,land old-age and social insurance old-age.Although in the past five years,rural sumu service stations have been set up in nomadic areas,substantive progress has not been made due to the lack of introduction of professional institutions,the scarcity of professional talents,and the inability to implement relevant systems and policies.In the system policy of "pilot first and gradually promote" formulated for the old-age care in pastoral areas,the Qi county under Sumu tries to provide the old-age care service of mobile post for the elderly who migrate to the summer camp with their children in the nomadic season.The old people in the pastoral areas have kept the traditional customs of migrating during the nomadic season for generations,but not all of them follow their children to the nomadic camps.Nomadic or not depends on the situation of the elderly,the frail elderly naturally stay at home,waiting for the nomadic caravan to return.And some of the elderly will follow their children nomadic.The elderly care service station was set up to provide short-term nomadic elderly people with the services they need.In the process of writing this paper,the author,through field research and unstructured interview research methods,went deep into the daily life of the elderly in pastoral areas and learned that the main needs of the elderly in pastoral areas are three aspects: daily care needs,convenience "pharmacy" needs and psychosocial needs.However,in the operation process of old-age service post,because post has not introduced professional institutions such as social work station,and is in a trial state,there are many loopholes in the application of relevant professional theories and methods.On this basis,the author carefully analyzes the problems existing in the operation process and the causes.From the perspective of social work,in the process of assisting the post station to serve the elderly in pastoral areas,the author summarizes how to effectively play the role of social workers,assist the volunteer service team to provide effective help for the elderly,and help the elderly to solve the needs of daily life care and psycho-social during the nomadic period.The goal is to improve the quality of daily life of the elderly in pastoral areas,realize the "convenience pharmacy" that can also be found in remote areas,enrich the social gap of the elderly in pastoral areas,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly,and advocate a good atmosphere of old-age service post that supports,respects and helps the elderly.Put forward the countermeasure research on improving the service system of pastoral old-age service post.
