In recent years,China is vigorously promoting the popularization of higher education.The continuous expansion of education scale has also brought about a large number of education quality problems,which has aroused widespread concern in the society.The traditional ways of increasing investment in educational resources and improving educational environment in colleges and universities can not effectively solve the quality crisis of higher education and meet the present situation of education development,and replace it with a student-centered educational philosophy.Under the current educational concept,the quality of college students' learning is mainly evaluated by their learning outcomes,and the learning outcomes are a significant yardstick for judging the quality of higher education.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors of the learning outcomes,reveal the problems existing in the education link,and clarify the influence path of all factors on learning outcomes,which is of great significance to promote the learning outcomes of college students and improve the quality of higher education.With the help of CCSS tool,the data from J University in 2016 was obtained.First,through reliability and validity test,the index items that match the learning outcomes and influencing factors of J university students were selected.Then,taking the J University as an example to carry out an empirical study to explore the development status of the learning outcomes and the influencing factors of the college students,break the educational barriers and make up for the educational loopholes.Finally,this paper use the hierarchical regression analysis and the structural equation model to explore the influence of various factors on the learning outcomes of college students,and then find out the countermeasures to promote the learning outcomes of college students and improve the quality of education from the influence path.The results of the study show that:(1)Existing short boards in the educational process: weak ability mastery;low level of assessment;slack demands of the course paper writing;weak learning consciousness,do not understand the meaning of learning;low level of online platform utilization;low enthusiasm for studying second degree or second major,overseas study and academic paper writing;(2)Having difference in the degree of learning outcomes under different groups: boys,grade four students,humanities and social sciences students and non-first generation college students are more aware of learning outcomes than their control group;(3)Having difference in the influence of various factors on learning outcomes: supportive environment,curriculum requirements,teaching practice,learning attitude and individual effort have a direct impact on learning outcomes,of which the influence of individual effort is the greatest;the students' family background,supportive environment,curriculum requirements,teaching practice and learning attitude have indirect effects on the learning outcomes by acting on other factors,of which the influence of supportive environment is the greatest.Compared with personal factors,college factors have great influence on college students' learning outcomes.Multi group analysis revealed that there were differences in the influence of different factors on learning outcomes in different gender groups and different disciplines.Therefore,in order to better improve the learning outcomes of college students,first of all,colleges and universities should change their traditional view of education and integrate abilities into knowledge learning to achieve the all-round development of college students.Secondly,starting from the influence path,we should create a favorable learning environment for students,promote the input of students with the input of colleges and universities,and then achieve the development and growth of students.Finally,we should provide individualized support and help for different groups,adjust educational objectives in time,and adopt more targeted educational means to improve the quality of education.
