The Countermeasure Research On The Current Situation Of Information Openness In GuangXi Universities

This topic takes the current situation of information disclosure in GuangXi universities as research object,and use literature research method,investigation method and case analysis method.Through the investigation of opening current situation of eight universities which are guangxi university,guangxi normal university,guangxi medical university,guangxi university for nationalities,guilin university of electronic science and technology,college of university of science and technology,hechi in guangxi,guangxi normal university of science and technology,we explore the current problems of guangxi university in information disclosure area,analysis the the deeper reasons behind the surface,and finally,to seek for a solution,make the information disclosure work of guangxi colleges and universities is effectively carry out and implement smoothly.It has been ten years since GuangXi Universities implement the policy of information disclosure,in this moment,the situation is not so promising.This topic is based on current status of this policy implementation in GuangXi universities.On one hand,Eight undergraduate colleges and universities in guangxi are selected as the investigation objects.On one hand,the opening status of information disclosure channels of the portal websites is collected in eight universities,including the construction of information disclosure columns,the construction of specific contents of the information disclosure platform,the annual work report of information disclosure of colleges and universities,the process of information disclosure according to application,the establishment of information disclosure suggestion boxes and the specific implementation of the list:On the other hand,five problems are found by investigating current satisfaction status of the information disclosure,firstly,do not update the information in time,secondly,do not go public to the whole information,thirdly,part of the information is not easy to go public,fourth,information disclosure policy is not complete to follow,fifth,legal binding force is not enough.By digging into the existing problems,we find their deeper reasons are asfollows: traditional concept barriers,unprofessional staff,to be improved website level and supervision policy,lack of attention to information disclosure implement policy in universities.
