In recent years,with the rapid development of Higher Vocational Education in China,the proportion of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges is increasing.The traditional personnel management mechanism has been unable to realize the development of "double-qualified" teachers' human resources.The development of modern higher vocational colleges is restricted by the unreasonable selection and appointment mechanism,the single performance appraisal method,the failure of teacher management mechanism to stimulate the potential of talents,and the lack of human resource management concept.This paper takes SQZY Higher Vocational College as a sample,investigates and analyzes the current situation of human resource management of "double-qualified" teachers,analyzes the problems existing in the selection and performance management mechanism of "double-qualified" teachers in SQZY higher vocational colleges through interviews with managers and teachers and questionnaire analysis.The causes of human resource management of teacher type teachers.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional mode of human resource management of "double-qualified" teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges and the structure of the mode of human resource management,this paper constructs the appointment system of "double-qualified" teachers,the introduction mechanism of teacher resources,the multi-dimensional performance appraisal mechanism and the teacher incentive mechanism,which will help to establish the "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges with sustainable development.The "Type" teacher resource mechanism puts forward some operable countermeasures,which can provide ideas for human resource management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the modern higher vocational education system.
