Abstract/Summary:
The state attaches great importance to vocational education,encourages and supports the vigorous development of vocational education,and the key to the development of vocational education lies in teachers.The government emphasizes that we should pay attention to the cultivation of young teachers,develop their professional quality and ability,and enhance their professional development ability.At present,the professional development of young teachers in technical schools appears new situation,facing many new problems,which constitute the factors restricting the professional development of young teachers.How to improve the professional development level of young teachers in technical schools from the perspective of school management? This is exactly the question this study finally tries to answer.On the basis of studying and summarizing the relevant literature,this paper discusses the theoretical analysis related to the professional development of teachers as the basis of guiding papers.Using L technician college as a case,through the questionnaire survey of113 young teachers,with the help of SPSS software,using t test,F test,descriptive analysis and other methods to analyze the data results,and 7 teachers representatives were interviewed,summed up the professional development of young teachers in L technician college and the existing problems.After investigation,the professional development of young teachers in L technician college is generally good and unique,and the professional development of teachers is the same as the independent consciousness of teachers’ professional development related to ability,title,income and organizational factors.This paper holds that the reasons that limit the professional development of young teachers are the lack of innovation of school management concept,the low performance of school management system,the weak consciousness of teachers’ independent development and the insufficient guarantee of teachers’ professional development.In order to provide assistance for the professional development of young teachers in technical schools and promote the professional development of young teachers,this paper puts forward some management countermeasures such as innovation management concept,perfect management system,perfect corresponding mechanism and supply guarantee system.
