At the present stage,the reform process of secondary vocational education in China is rapidly advancing,and a large number of secondary vocational colleges have begun to implement the model of school enterprise cooperation.However,there are still a lot of imperfections in the research on the path of school enterprise cooperation in our academic circles,and there are some deviations in the understanding of the cooperation between school and enterprise.Because of the failure to effectively implement the preferential policy of school enterprise cooperation,and the lack of relevant laws and regulations,the successful cases of cooperation between school and enterprise are smaller.The enthusiasm and participation of school enterprise and enterprise on cooperation are still to be improved,and the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation is not significant enough.Therefore,in order to further improve the current situation of our school enterprise cooperation,promote the development of school enterprise cooperation and constantly improve the training effect of school enterprise cooperation,we not only need to strengthen the theoretical research in this field,but also continue to improve the relevant mechanism,improve the relevant laws and regulations,and learn the advanced school enterprise cooperation.Combined with the actual situation of our country,we have designed a characteristic school enterprise cooperation mode.This study deeply analyzes the necessity of introducing school enterprise cooperation mode in secondary vocational education,and expounds the current situation of school enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational education in Dongguan,and analyses the existing problems in the cooperation between school and enterprise in secondary vocational education in Dongguan,including the failure to ensure effective guarantee and effect evaluation of school enterprise cooperation course.There are defects in mechanism,low enthusiasm in enterprise participation,high turnover rate of graduates,and low satisfaction degree of employers to graduates.The main reasons for these problems are the following four points: first,the long effect mechanism of school enterprise cooperation is not perfect;two is the lack of enthusiasm for enterprise participation,less funds willing to invest;three is the lack of teachers' teachers' strength,and there are also problems in some specialized curriculum setting;four is the weak atmosphere of professional competence and professional ability cultivation.The effect is not significant.This article introduces the advanced practice in the secondary vocational education in Germany,France,Korea and other developed countries in order to provide reference and reference for the search for the model of school enterprise cooperation suitable for secondary vocational education in Dongguan.In order to better solve the problems existing in the cooperation between school and enterprise in secondary vocational education in Dongguan,the author puts forward the following suggestions: first,establish a mode of educating people based on "coordination of government schools and enterprises",and gradually establish a strong long-term mechanism of school enterprise cooperation;second,strengthen the enthusiasm of enterprise cooperation,and constantly improve the resources of the school.Third,promote the reform of curriculum teaching,improve the comprehensive teaching strength of the school;fourth,create a strong enterprise culture atmosphere,and pay attention to the cultivation of students' professional quality.
