| After over 30 years of development, our vocational education has become an important part of China’s higher education, the educational goal of it is to train high-skilled professionals. This requires that the content of vocational education to be consistent with the requirements of high-skilled jobs, and also requires that when vocational education is focus on "higher" education, it should be more focus on "professional" education. Therefore, school-enterprise cooperation is the only way to vocational education development. This paper attempts to research on the necessity of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises, the history and current status of Chinese vocational education, and made applicable suggestions to the reform of vocational education cooperation between schools and enterprises reference successful model of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in other countries.This paper uses literature research to tease out the history of the development of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises in China. Uses the stakeholder theory to research the stakeholders involved in vocational education school-enterprise cooperation, pointing out the role and status of the various stakeholders and target their pursuit; Uses cooperative theory to analysis the game relationship and crisis of confidence of the main players of school-enterprise cooperation, then proposes solutions to problems. Through the comparative study of successful model of cooperation between colleges and enterprises abroad, explores the similarities and differences of their development environment and development patterns, obtains inspiration to China.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the significanceã€ideas ã€methods ã€focusã€difficultyã€and original ideas of this study. The second chapter is focused on the two most important keywords related to this article "vocational education" and "school-enterprise cooperation", describes the cooperative theory and theory of the combination of education and production. The third chapter is the focus of this paper. First, sorts out the development process of China’s vocational education, and divides it into three phases. Then summarizes the main mode and operating mechanism at this stage of school-enterprise cooperation, analyzes the main problems of school-enterprise cooperation and the cause of the problem. The fourth chapter describes the successful model of “cooperation in education "mode in the United States, the " sandwich“ model in the British, the " VLSI " mode in Japan, the " dual system " model in Germany and the " TAFE " mode Australia, explores the similarities and differences of their development environment and development patterns, obtains inspiration to China. The fifth chapter presents six recommendations for the reform of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in our country.There are two main innovation of this article. First, sorts out the development process of China’s vocational education for school-enterprise cooperation and induction phase characteristics. Second, researches the school-enterprise cooperation form the angle of the dynamic mechanism of cooperation, and uses the game theory. |
