The nineteen m ajor reports of the party put forward:im plementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The problem of p easants in agriculture and rural areas is a funda mental issue related to the national econom y and the people's livelihood.We must always solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farm ers as the top pr iority of the party's work.We must adhere to the priority developm ent of agriculture and rural are as,speed up the m odernization of agricultural and rural ar eas,ensure national food security,and firmly put Chinese rice bowls in their hands.Construction of modern agricultural industry system,production system,management system,improve the agricultural support and protection system,cultivate new agricultural m anagement body,improve the agri cultural social service system,prom ote the integration and development of the 123 industry in rural areas,and train a "three rural" working team to understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farm ers.China is a lar ge population and lar ge agricultura l country,and far mers are the m ain body to prom ote the development of modern agriculture.However,the peasants are the disadvantaged groups.Improving the quality of the peasants has becom e the core task of unders tanding the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In 2012,the Central Document No.1 put forward the efforts to cu ltivate new professional farm ers.In 2013,the Central Docu mentNo.1 stressed th e importance of strengthening agricultural vocational education and vocational training.After that,every year the central N o.1 document mentioned the training of new pr ofessional farmers,and endeavor to build up a new system of traini ng,identifying and supporting the new professional farmers an d rura 1 p ractical ta lents,which has pointed out the di recti on f or the ove rail development of new occupational farm ers and rura 1 prac tical ta lents.F armers' education and training,especially the training of new professional farm ers and rural practical talents,are m ore urgent and heavy.It is particularly im portant and ur gent to cultivate a lar ge number of new professional farmers.As Zhang Taolin,the Deputy Minister of agriculture,said,the fundamental way out for the developm ent of modern agriculture is in scien ce and technology,and the key is the talent.The m ost basic is to cultiva te ne w prof essional f armers with sc ientific and technological quality,professional skills and management ability.It can be seen that training new professional farmers to com ply with the histor ical mission of the development of the tim es and the urgent need of developing agricultural modernization.This article,through the literature review at home and abroad,understands the related research on the training of new occupationa 1 farmers and new occupational farmers,defines the re lated concepts,b asic typ es and characteris tics of the new occupational far mers,analyzes the background of the training of ne w occupationa 1 farm ers,and puts forward a new type of professional farmers who need to cultiv ate a group of "culture,technology,management,good management,and entrepreneurial".Importance and ur gency.Taking the experim ental school of new vocational peasant training in Guangdong Province-Gaozhou ag ricultural school in Guangdong Province as an exam ple,this paper m akes an empirical study.Through the analysis of the basic situation of agriculture in Maoming and the present situation of the training of new professional farmers in Gaozhou agricultural schools in Guangdong Province,the main problems in the training of ne w vocational farm ers in the secondary vocational schools in Guangdong province ar e summ arized,and the problem s of the new vocation al f armers' cultiv ation a re discussed.The knot is located.At th e same time,with the help of the research on the training of professional farmers in developed countries,this paper sum marizes and draws lessons from the practical experience and characteristics of the tr aining of professional farm ers in the process of agricultural modernization in the m ajor developed countries,and analyzes its enlightenm ent to the training of new voca tional farmers in second ary vocational schools.Finally,we put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of cultivating new professional farm ers in secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province,and put forward feasible solutions and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the construc tion of rural education system,i mproving th e training m ode of new vocational farm ers,i nnovating the training m ode of new occupational farmers,and perfecting the new vocational farmers' training and security system.
