Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of New Vocational Farmer Training In Higher Vocational Colleges

"Agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been the general term of rural problems,farmers' problems and agricultural problems that China has long been committed to solving.In order to realize agricultural modernization,we must support high-quality farmers and improve their comprehensive quality,so as to promote agricultural modernization in rural areas.The key to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is to improve the comprehensive quality of farmers.Therefore,relying on the new professional farmer training to continuously strengthen the training of new professional farmers,improve the comprehensive quality of farmers,is the current situation of the inevitable choice.This paper in higher vocational colleges in xiangxi area new vocational training farmers as the center,through collecting and reading a large number of references on the research status of hunan higher vocational professional farmers training new analysis,by using the survey method to understand of training the practical situation,through the questionnaire results show that hunan vocational colleges new professional farmers training exist the following problems:The training design of higher vocational colleges is not perfect,the supply and demand imbalance,the training mode needs to be improved,the lack ofassessment and evaluation,the backward ideas of training objects,the lack of motivation to receive training,the unreasonable structure of training objects,the lack of learning ability,the enthusiasm of teachers to be improved,and the lack of practice.Based on the empirical study of the new type of vocational farmer training in higher vocational colleges in Western Hunan,this paper analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in the new type of vocational farmer training in higher vocational colleges in Western Hunan based on the survey data results.Based on the analysis of the reason,on the basis of learning from the advanced experience at home and abroad,put forward the higher vocational colleges to improve hunan new professional farmers training effective and feasible measures and Suggestions,including the innovation and reform the training mode,the clear training objectives,training methods,scientific rich set up training courses,strengthen the cooperation with enterprises and other higher vocational colleges,the combination of constructing mtcsol farmers training teaching staff,improve the quality of training,Establish the organization and management mechanism,perfect the fund investment mechanism,perfect the supervision and evaluation mechanism,strengthen the farmers' subject consciousness,strengthen the publicity to stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the training,pay attention to the experience exchange and results sharing among the students.It can also beused for reference in other similar areas,but due to my knowledge level and regional limitations,the research on the training of new professional farmers in higher vocational colleges still needs to be further deepened.
