At present,there is no shortage of teachers in China,to a certain extent,and now more attention is paid to the quality of teachers.Small families,schools,and even the entire community increasingly call for teachers.Based on this,our country also pays more and more attention to the quality of teachers and the cultivation and creation of famous teachers.The Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly states that “we must create a group of educators,teachers and teachers.Disciplines leading talents.” At present,many cities in China have educators,teachers and discipline leaders.For example,Jiangsu started the “Education Project for the Jiangsu People's Educator” in 2009.Shandong began to implement the “Qilu Teacher Project” in 2004.In 2011,Fujian began to implement the “Family Teacher Training Project in Fujian Province”.Guangxi conducted the first basic education master training project in 2011 for a period of three years.Currently,it has been conducting the second batch of master training projects,and according to the relevant national policy requirements,after a long period of preparation and careful planning,it will be held in 2017.The cradle-home education project of Guangxi is a five-year project that aims to train a group of educators.This article mainly uses the literature research method,the case study method and the comparative research method and the investigation method to carry on the research to the characteristics of Guangxi's basic education teacher training,focus on the analysis of the status and characteristics of the training of famous teachers in Guangxi to sort out,to provide reference for the future teacher training in other places and Guangxi region.This article consists of six parts: The first part is the introduction part of the article,which mainly includes six aspects.The first is the question,the background of the research of this article is described,followed by the literature review of this article,mainly discusses domestic and foreign The status quo of teacher training,the third part of the introduction is researchsignificance,but also divided into theoretical and practical significance,the fourth part of the introduction introduces the research methods of this article,mainly literature research method,case study method,comparative research method.The fifth part is the definition of concept,which is defined by three concepts: teacher,training mode,and teacher project.At the end of the introduction,the innovation and deficiency of the research are introduced.The second part of the article mainly introduces the theoretical basis for teacher training.There are teachers' professional development theory,adult learning theory,and human capital theory.The third part of the article analyzes the analysis of general education and personality of basic education teachers.First of all,it outlines the development of the basic education teachers in some regions of the country.This article focuses on the selection of basic education teachers in three regions of Jiangsu,Fujian and Hangzhou to cultivate commonalities and individuality.Conduct the analysis.Secondly,the analysis of the common characteristics of the basic education teacher training in three regions is mainly focused on the consistency of training objectives,the diversity of training methods,the diversification of training resources and the effectiveness of training results.In the end,the analysis of personality education in three areas of basic education teachers is mainly the differences in the requirements of the literacy of famous teachers,the different training content settings,and the differences in training forms.The fourth part of this paper analyzes the status quo of the training of famous teachers in basic education in Guangxi,and analyzes them from four aspects: selection of elite teachers,cultivation of goal setting,training of curriculum,and development of management.The fifth part of the article analyzes the training characteristics of famous teachers in basic education in Guangxi.This article analyzes four aspects,namely,the cultivation and management of innovative teachers,the optimization of the teacher training structure of teachers,the construction of modular training courses,and the emphasis on team building of teachers.Through reflections on the training of basic education teachers in Fujian,Jiangsu,and Hangzhou and Guangxi,this paper reflects on the status quo and characteristics of the education of basic education teachers in Guangxi,mainly because of the low level of internationalization of curriculum,the single mode of education supply,and the weakening of the functions of professional community of teachers.Based on this,it proposes an improvement strategy for the status quo of Guangxi's basic education teachers.This article proposes improvement strategies in four areas.First,it combines the implementation of domestic training and foreign research.The second is to expand the supply of educational resources and respect the individual needs of students.The third is the combination of intensive training and classification training is the last step in building a learning community and building a cooperative learning platform.
