Higher vocational and technical education mainly teaches people technology,knowledge and morality about the needs of different professions.It includes engineering,accounting,medical and other disciplines.The aim is to cultivate professional talents.Compared with general education,higher vocational and technical education pays more attention to training students' practical skills and working abilities.With the development of the times,the development of Higher Vocational and technical education has been recognized by all countries.Developed countries in Europe and America have popularized higher vocational and technical education in China,and many developing countries,such as China,have also made efforts to improve their own higher vocational and technical education.As a small country in Asia,Laos has also realized the role of Higher Vocational and technical education to its own development,so it has gradually increased its importance to higher vocational and technical education.However,due to the short time for the development of Higher Vocational and technical education in Laos,it is necessary to draw on the experience of other countries and to formulate effective management mechanism of Higher Vocational and technical education in combination with its own practice.This study adopts four methods: literature method,historical research method,questionnaire survey and random interview,among which questionnaire survey method is the main method.The main object of the survey is the students in Laos higher vocational and technical schools.The study used 150 questionnaires,and finally 150 valid questionnaires were collected.With the method of filling out the questionnaire,we focus on exploring the teaching management of Higher Vocational and technical education in Laos,mainly from three aspects of teaching process management,teaching quality management and teaching facilities management.The teaching process management mainly investigates the three directions: the lack of teaching content,the shortcomings of the teaching methods and the limitations of the practical activities;the teaching quality management focuses on the problems of the teaching level of the teachers and the students' academic quality,and the problems and practice of the course and teaching materials,teaching equipment and resources for the management of teaching facilities.The problems of the practice base are investigated in detail.Through the investigation and analysis of these problems,the problems existing in the management of Higher Vocational and technical education in Laos are combed,and sufficient data support for the full text of the writing is provided.The first chapter is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background of the development of Higher Vocational and technical education management in Laos and the significance of setting up the management system of higher vocational technical education.It also provides a theoretical basis for the writing of the whole article by writing the purpose,significance,methods and ideas of this study.The second chapter expounds the general situation and development trend of the development of Higher Vocational and technical education in Laos.Through the analysis of the overall situation of the development of Higher Vocational and technical education in Laos,such as the scale of development,the speed of development,the situation of enrollment and the basic requirements of the training of Higher Vocational and technical education in Laos and so on,and to the thinking of the higher vocational and technical education in Laos,we can infer the higher vocational and technical teaching in Laos.The trend of education reform and development is to provide follow-up research materials.The third chapter expounds the practice and experience of teaching and teaching management of Higher Vocational and technical education in Laos,and analyses the four aspects: the management of teaching content and teaching methods,the management of teachers' teaching,the construction of students' academic provides a basis for the following research strategies.The fifth chapter expounds the improvement strategy of teaching management of Higher Vocational and technical education in Laos.There are six main aspects:(1)through the reform of the past teaching content,the increase of practical teaching content and the application of the latest teaching materials to enrich the teaching content:(two)by making a perfect teaching plan,strengthening the combination of practical teaching and theoretical teaching and establishing a "people-oriented" Teaching The concept of learning to improve the teaching method of innovation;(three)through the rational application of diversified teaching management methods to adjust the teaching content and professional settings and improve the teaching training of young teachers to improve the teaching ability of Higher Vocational Technical Education Teachers Strength and level;(five)through improving the evaluation system of teaching
