In recent years,China has implemented rural preschool education projects,increased investment in preschool education in rural areas,and focused on supporting the central and western regions,focusing on building rural kindergartens and improving the quality of preschool education in rural areas.Teachers are the direct implementers and masters of early childhood education and have an irreplaceable role in the education system.It can be said that the professionalism of teachers is the core issue of education quality.To achieve the overall improvement of preschool education quality,the first step is to improve the professional development of teachers.This study first used a questionnaire survey to investigate the status of preschool teachers' professional abilities,and the situation of teaching and research as well as the needs of teachers in Yunnan Province,Xiangyun County,and Midu County.The main aspects of teachers' professional development were analyzed from the perspective of the teaching force itself and various resources.Problems,and designed a teaching and research mechanism for rural preschool teachers in the western region.This mechanism adopts a “four-in-one” structural model,including education administration departments,non-government public welfare fund organizations,college technical teams,and various kindergartens.The mechanism includes three parts: target mechanism,implementation mechanism and safeguard mechanism.Each structure has a clear division of labor,and they work together to help establish a provincial-county-township tertiary education research team and use observation,measurement,and interview methods to select and diagnose the pilot parks.Levels of training,regular admission guidance,teaching and research discussions,building of online platforms,distribution of educational resources,and shadow learning are among the modes to improve and reflect and adjust.Through research on the teaching and research mechanism of rural preschool teachers in western regions,the existing problems of preschool education in rural areas through this action path have been improved to a certain extent.In terms of the creation and use of learning environment,the planning of the activity area and the release of materials have beenimplemented;The planning and implementation of daily life,the adjustment and control of the day's activities;nutrition and hygiene,the children's nutrition in the park and the health awareness,behavior training;home-school cooperation,communication with parents,home Changes have occurred in areas such as cooperation.Based on the analysis of the construction of teaching and research mechanisms for rural preschool teachers in the western region,the researchers believe that the teaching and research mechanism is effective.In this process,multi-angle and diversified training models have achieved initial results,and the four-in-one and clear responsibility for division of labor is also guaranteed.Making the work more efficient and focusing on the perspective of the problem has made the practice more smooth.The implementation of hierarchical and precise strategies has promoted the growth of the team.However,there are also certain problems.In the future,teachers should be trained in stratified levels of competence.It's more targeted.
