Since entering the new century,the medium occupation education in China adhere to the service for the purpose of employment oriented educational policy,the rapid development of business,scale is continually expanding,deepening reform,quality and efficiency improved,coupled with the current fierce market competition makes occupation education must actively face the competition,due to competition and occupation education full of vigor and vitality.Competition is one of the important factors in the development of the school.The result of competition leads to the survival of the fittest,so that the limited education resources can be rationally allocated.The medium occupation school,want to have a foothold in the fierce competition in the market development,it must have their own core competitiveness the most reliable and durable,improve the school size and the quality two aspects must pay attention to,hands are grasping with both hands,to take strong measures to promote the implementation of coordination of secondary occupation education the development of scale,structure,quality and efficiency,by virtue of the unique advantages of resources,develop their own core competitiveness,now and in the future to support the school.For a long time,many experts and scholars are very concerned about the core competitiveness of enterprises and the core competitiveness of universities and higher vocational colleges.However,from the existing research,few people do systematic research on the core competitiveness of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the core competitiveness of secondary vocational schools.Ecology is a science subject to study the relationship between biology and the surrounding environment.The most important concept is ecological system,ecological balance and niche.The use of ecology reflected the life concern as the basic research tools,from the ecological correct position is the source of vitality of the school development,ecological symbiotic relationship is the core competitiveness of the school's assumption,the ecological model of the core competitiveness of schools,to provide a new perspective for the construction of the core competitive force.Based on the understanding of relevant core competence knowledge,the core competitiveness of the school is summed up into seven aspects: school management,professional setting,teacher training,practice training,school enterprise cooperation,school culture and environment construction,and analyzes the characteristics of the core competitive power of secondary vocational schools.Based on the literature on improving the core competitiveness of secondary vocational schools from the perspective of ecology,this paper makes an analysis of the current situation of the development of the core competitiveness of secondary vocational schools from the perspective of ecology,and finds out the imbalance of the ecological system composed of teachers,schools and society.Therefore,based on the ecological perspective,the cultivation and construction of the core competitiveness of secondary vocational schools and the cultivation measures for the core competitiveness of secondary vocational schools based on the ecological perspective are put forward.When secondary vocational schools develop and develop the core competitiveness,it is to promote school management,teacher construction and the development of the campus ecological environment.It has formed the school management characteristics and school spirit.The cooperation between school and enterprise is the communication and development of the school and the external environment of the society,promoting the circulation and mutual assistance of the school ecosystem and the external ecosystem,and improving the students' employment rate.Therefore,the cultivation measures of the core competitiveness of secondary schools in the ecological perspective are mainly to improve the level of school management,pay attention to the construction of professional characteristics,strengthen the construction of teachers' strength and promote the cooperation of school and enterprise.Finally,in the form of case,through the study of a secondary vocational school in Guangxi,this paper analyzes the advantages of its core competitiveness: scientific management school,innovation education project,strengthening the construction of teachers' strength,forming a vocational education group,opening a new model of school enterprise cooperation,and summarizing the mode of running a school with the value of popularization.
