A Study On Improving The Employment Core Competitiveness Of Secondary Vocational School Students

Chinese Socialism is going into a new era,it marks China's economic development has entered a new era.All walks of life have shifted from high speed to high quality,The demand for high knowledge and high quality talents is far more than before.Under the background of new era,the employment of secondary vocational students become more difficult.Therefore,the urgent problem for the current secondary vocational school is how to help secondary vocational school students have competitive advantages and get broader employment prospects in the fierce market competition.To improve the core competitiveness of employment for secondary vocational students is a core topic for the success of secondary vocational education and the need for secondary vocational students to obtain employment under the new situation.This study considers that the core competitiveness of secondary vocational school students is composed of four aspects:basic working ability,ambition and dedication,professional skills and problem-solving ability.In this paper,using the research methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,making a survey of G school students in Fujian Province,boosting the investigation thoroughly on the students' employment competitiveness,employment core competitiveness of the subjective and objective factors,to improve the employment competitiveness of the exploration and thinking of comprehensive analysis and positioning.According to the above research results,to improve the vocational students'employment core competitiveness and put forward some feasible suggestions from the students themselves,students should correct learning attitude,to redouble their efforts to make full use of all kinds of conditions to improve their learning ability and comprehensive quality,in order to improve their core competitiveness of employment;for the school aspect,the medium occupation school should to effectively enhance the education quality,and according to the development of the market demand,make reasonable adjustment and reform of educational ideas and positioning,develop long-term mechanism of employment guidance of science,giving strong support for the employment of secondary vocational school students;from the perspective of family and society,the promotion of core competitiveness of secondary vocational students should be promoted through school contact and social guidance of positive public opinion.In short,enhance the comprehensive quality of training from individuals,schools and society to combine students'employment support,three in one implementation to improve vocational students employment core competitiveness.
