At present, the vocational education is developing in our country, the reform of vocational education are fully launched. There is now fierce competition among all of the vocational schools and all of the vocational schools are paid high attention to this developing chance. The vocational education is running a school to labor market and training high-technology personnel to meet the needs of different type trade, it has a particularity of itself.First of all, the author analyzed the problem between vocational education and social needs in the view of supply and demand, and gave a guide to improve the structure of supply and demand.Secondly, the author discussed the competitive structure of vocational education, and studyed vocational school competitiveness, latterly, discussed how to improve the competitiveness and how to gain the competitive advantage of occupation college.Thirdly, put xx occupation school as example, the author discussed how to improve the competitiveness and how to gain the competitive advantage of occupation school, and gave a advice to develop the xx occupation school.Finally, the contents of this study were sorted, and draw a conclusion and offer a feasible proposal.The aim of this article is stated the interaction relation between vocational education with industrial structure by means of analyzing vocational education and market requirements, get a systematic knowledge in the followings:Clear the direction of running vocational education school; improve quality of teaching; enhance vocational education competitiveness.In the one hand it give an advice to guide work practice later, on the other hand, it get a discussion chance with other professions.
