In the past few decades,the ways of placement to orphans and disabled orphans by welfare institutes were centralized parenting by the institute and foster care.In the early 2000 s,the new ideas of parenting has been appeared,“family-like” parenting pattern emerged at a historic moment.From the concept arose till it was applied in practice among several cities,“family-like” parenting pattern has made some gains in the last decade.These orphans and disabled orphans in Taiyuan were also began to accept the unprecedented experience which brought by this new parenting pattern in recent years.However,the development of things never proceed smoothly,Taiyuan therefore has been exploring the pattern actively.Research on the management mechanism of "family-like" parenting pattern of Taiyuan is helpful to promote the existing operating pattern,and help handicapped orphans with the further achieve of “family-like” parenting.In the real research progress,chose the breeding base of Taiyuan D welfare institute as an example.And adopt questioning survey,observation and interview in social investigation to collect date.Combined with information and observation results which obtained from field research,knowing the specific jobs of “parents” in breeding base and the current situation of management mechanism.Meanwhile,connecting with the reality to find out fortes and defects of “family-like” parenting pattern in Taiyuan D welfare institute.In the end,aiming at these shortages,make the thought of linking resources in social work into apply,put forward four measures to improve this situation.Such as improving the quality of stuff,enlarging the number of houses,perfecting the management system,increasing social impact.Provided effective suggestions to improve “family-like” parenting pattern in breeding base of Taiyuan D welfare institute.
