The 21 st century is a time of developing rapidly.Every walk of life has made great changing,especially the rapid development of information network.It is changing and making a big difference to people's life from every aspect.In the course of changing,education also comes into a new stage of development.It will be one of the most important factors which have a big influence on the development and competition of people and even the whole country.At present,the using of multimedia class-teaching has covered totally in area of education,but “Class Access to ICTs” is considered as the best connecting point of the art of modern multimedia and class-teaching.The implementation of “Class Access to ICTs” is an important measure of changing education of our country,and it also a key strategy to improve the education greatly.As workers on teaching,we must improve the efficiency of class-teaching by using the mode of “Class Access to ICTs” creatively.The paper analyzed and showed the present situation of using the mode “Class Access to ICTs” in math class-teaching at junior high school according to the teachers,students,parents and the school's present reality.Also,the paper made a future study on class-teaching under the mode of “Class Access to ICTs”.It expanded and improved the class-teaching about math practical activities effectively under the mode of “Class Access to ICTs”.What's more,it sets models for all kinds of math class-teaching at junior high school.In order to find effective solutions to the problems of math class-teaching at junior high school in our country at present,the writer made a certain research on the efficiency of math class-teaching at junior high school by using the mode of “Class Access to ICTs”,and made proper teaching designs for different types of class-teaching.The writer also showed some own ideas about its using,and hope to make a contribution to changing and balancing the education of our country,and give some help to the workers on education by doing the research.
