With the rapid development of science,technology,culture and economy,society has paid more and more attention to basic education.The traditional teaching model has been unable to meet the development needs of each child,and the voice of all sectors of society for educational reform has become stronger.In order to promote the development of mathematics education,many schools have begun to try to stratify classes,and this revolutionary attempt has also triggered widespread discussion in society.The hierarchical walking class teaching mode is a new mode formed by combining the traditional teaching mode with the split-class teaching mode.It aims to take into account the student's subjectivity and difference,focus on teaching students according to their aptitude,so as to improve students' academic performance and increase students' Learning interest to promote better development of students.Although there are more and more researches on hierarchical walking class teaching,many still remain in the theoretical research stage,and there are still many problems in the hierarchical teaching practice that need to be solved urgently.The author chooses Nanjing A junior high school as the sample school to analyze and study the mathematics teaching practice in the junior high school stratified walking mode.First of all,using the literature method,on the basis of consulting a large number of documents,analyze the research background of hierarchical walking class teaching,define relevant concepts,analyze the development of domestic and foreign research,and clarify the research significance and framework of this article.Secondly,on the basis of scientific theories such as the recent development zone,mastery of learning,teaching according to aptitude,etc.,elaborate the specific plan of implementing the layered walking class teaching model.Again,using questionnaires,interviews and other methods to conduct case studies,interview and survey teachers,students,and parents of the author's school,obtain and organize relevant data,compare traditional teaching models,and compare the teaching of mathematics with multiple perspectives.The effect is analyzed.Finally,according to the problems encountered in the teaching process of mathematics hierarchical walking,combined with investigation and research and its own actual teaching experience,it proposes corresponding solutions,and designs mathematics teaching cases with hierarchical characteristics for the reference of first-line teachers.After in-depth research,the author found that compared with the traditional mathematics teaching model,the mathematics hierarchical teaching model is conducive to a more scientific implementation of the educational concept of teaching students according to their aptitude.In view of the research perspective,these changes are beneficial to the development of mathematics teaching.Of course,there are some drawbacks in the current mathematics teaching in hierarchical classes.This model has many problems such as too high requirements for teachers,difficulty in class management,and the difficulty of dynamic adjustment of students at all levels every semester.There are still many areas to be perfected in the mathematics hierarchical teaching model.Educators need to persevere in pioneering and innovating,actively exploring,and being brave to practice,striving to let the layered class teaching model "land" at an early date,and better benefit students.
