The history of biological science is an important material to teach the nature of science.At the same time,learning the history of biological science promotes students'construction of core concepts,the formation of the scientific thinking and the understanding of the scientific methods.This is of great significance to cultivate the students' biological key competence and the concept of nature of science.However,as a result of those limitations,such as the lack of resources of bioscience history,class hours and qualified teachers,the present teaching method of bioscience history was monotonous,and the coverage was incomplete.The above problems can be effectively solved by developing a series of micro courses and applying them to teaching practice.This study took the biology textbooks for senior high school published by Zhejiang science and technology press as an example,with students of Grade 2 in Taizhou No.1 high school in Zhejiang province being the research object,and researched into the production and application of micro course based on biological science history.First of all,it carefully selected from the textbooks 15 bioscience history contents fitting for micro-teaching on the basis of thoroughly analyzing the potential effects they will have on the development of students' key competence as well as their views on bioscience nature,and then produced micro courses according to the principles of competence orientation,keeping them reasonable,authentic and scientifically correct,and meanwhile established an assemblage of micro course including instructional design,lists of the learning tasks,exercise and micro videos.Based on this,this study constructed micro flow chart for four kinds of bioscience history micro course.Secondly,the micro curriculum resources were applied to teaching practice,and formulated 'the application procedure of micro-lectures of preparation before class and after class to assist teaching.Furthermore,students' attitude towards micro-lesson and willingness to use micro-lesson,the influence it has on the learning performance and students'evaluation were collected through questionnaires and interviews.The micro curriculum did have a positive effect in assisting teaching.It helps students to know the nature of science,cultivate their scientific spirit and improve their abilities to inquire.The structural integrity,inquiry,accuracy,time allocation,information technology application and presentation effects of micro-courses have been widely recognized by students.Students also put forward their own suggestions on the application of the micro curriculum.Based on the research above,the author suggests that teachers improve the quality of bioscience history micro course from the aspects of the collection of teaching materials,the expansion of the history knowledge,the design of micro-course,the fluctuation of intonation,the later beautification of videos,etc.Additionally,in order to enhance the teaching application effect,teachers should adjust the teaching design appropriately according to the students' exact learning situations,and carry out classroom teaching focusing on the core issues to improve the teaching efficiency.
