The classroom is the main place to implement education activities,and classroom teaching is the main form of implementing education policies and ideas.Quality education aims at improving national quality and cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability.To implement the quality education,we must analyze the existing classroom teaching problems and put forward improvement strategies.Therefore,in the context of quality education,the study of ordinary high school classroom teaching not only has certain academic value,but also has high practical significance.In order to explore the ordinary high school classroom teaching situation in Yulin City,with teachers and students of ordinary high schools in Yulin City as the research object,by means of questionnaires and interviews.The writer has known the present situation of ordinary high school classroom teaching in Yulin City,and has summed up existing in current ordinary high school classroom teaching in Yulin City,combining with related literature: For teachers: they have poor old concepts in teacher education,their professional knowledge and teaching skills need to improve,their classroom organization and management ability is weak,their teaching tools use unskilled;For students: they are lack of awareness in classroom teaching,their interest in classroom teaching and failure to establish proper learning methods;For schools: the teacher's training is not perfect,the teaching evaluation is unreasonable,the teaching management process is formalized.To solve these problems,the writer has summaried the causes of the problems for the aspects of teachers,students and schools.For teachers: they are deeply rooted traditional concept,their teaching idea rigidity and personal accomplishment is not perfect,the influence of their classroom management ability and personality characteristics,they are lack of innovation spirit;For students: their attitude is not active,lack of initiative,their main role can not be played,the class lacks vitality,students can't find the learning method suitable for themselves;For schools: the school teachers' training mechanism is not perfect,the negative influence of exam-oriented education,and the teaching management process is not standardized.Finally,based on the practical problems and their reasons,this study put forwaed some suggestions to improve the high school classroom teaching: For teachers: they should update the teaching idea,strive to improve their comprehensive quality,dig their professional knowledge,they also need to improve the classroom teaching skills and arouse their behavior consciousness,improve their classroom management capacity,optimize their teaching skills,and make full use of the advantages of modern teaching tools.For students: they should get on well with the teachers,participate in the study actively and motivate their interest,what's more,they can imporve their studdying metheds;For schools: they must improve the training of teachers,reform the teaching evaluation mechanism,and standardize the teaching management process.
