Research On The Current Situation Of Basketball Talents Training In Shenzhen Middle School Basketball Traditional Project School

The cultivation of reserve talents is of great significance to the development of national competitive sports.The key to the sustainable development of a country's basketball level lies in the number of basketball reserve talent,have a strong reserve pool of basketball in order to make basketball sustainable development.To make basketball in an invincible position in the fierce competition,it has become an indispensable condition to have a broad mass base and reasonable training of reserve personnel.After the founding of New China,with the continuous improvement of the material and cultural life of the people,basketball has also been booming.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of the world basketball and the continual cultivation of the basketball reserve talents in our country,Reform,our basketball level has also been greatly improved.Although China's sports have made remarkable achievements,however,our country is now in the transitional period of economic constitution.To maintain the sustainable development of our country's sports career,the issue of the cultivation of reserve talents is especially important.Throughout our basketball level,whether it is CBA league,or CUBA league,there is a clear problem,that is,the serious shortage of reserve personnel.This article takes 15 middle school basketball schools in Shenzhen as the research object,and uses literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to investigate the status quo and existing problems of Shenzhen Middle School basketball traditional project schools.We have identified and dialectically analyzed the success factors and effectively solved some outstanding problems in the training of basketball reserve talents in Shenzhen Basketball Traditional School.It has provided successful experience for the cultivation of basketball reserve talents in other regions of our country and made a modest contribution to the development of our country's traditional basketball project schools in Shenzhen and Shenzhen.Through investigation and analysis of the valid data obtained from the survey,the following conclusions have been drawn:1 The inadequacies of training basketball talents in the traditional school basketball schools in ShenzhenThe number of secondary school basketball traditional project schools in the outskirts and counties of Shenzhen is relatively small.There is no clear balance between male and female athletes in the elite basketball backup talent training echelon.The disparity in the development of traditional basketball school sports schools.Continuing education and training work is not in place.The contradiction between school and training is one of the main factors influencing the entry of basketball players in Shenzhen into the university team.In the form of a single office team,the funding channels are not smooth and lack the necessary material security.The basketball are also constantly improving the level of basketball training and training concepts.The existing training methods and contents all show serious lags.On the contradiction between school and training,the basketball schools in Shenzhen have developed corresponding teaching plans to ensure the best possible training.5 The quality and intensity of personnel training in the traditional
